Eleanor, a Chicago native, spent her childhood in her grandmother's kitchen, learning the secrets of traditional American cooking. She honed her skills at Le Cordon Bleu and worked in several acclaimed restaurants before realizing her dream of opening her own place. Daniel, with a background in hospitality management, brought his expertise in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for every guest.
